For the last week or so I noticed my car not getting to its normal water temperature position on the gauge. Sometimes it would get there if I was not moving or driving at slower speeds. As soon as I drove faster or coasted down a hill the temp would fall way below its normal position. I figured it was a stuck t-stat, but ended up being a broken one instead.

Well at least you can fix it yourself!! Dealership has had my car for TWO WEEKS NOW!! They tried to tell us it was the battery and Kris refused to take the car and said that's unacceptable. They haven't called us since! NICE! So I"m driving around a little loaner 328i that's like a little rocket compared to my PIG X5, every time I look down I'm going 60!! So gonna get a ticket!!
